We worked closely with the client to develop a bespoke ‘content showcase’ component that featured on the homepage.
The structure was designed to reflect the overall theme of ‘uniting the timber supply chain’ and allowed the user to browse / select content specific to their job role within the timber industry
The colour and icon system we developed in the branding phase of the project was applied rigorously to the content on the website, helping to differentiate the supply/ design / build sectors within the industry, as well as different content types
Continuing the ‘entire supply chain’ theme, we wireframed, designed and built a members area with a ‘find a supplier/designer/builder’ feature, allowing users to search for & filter TDUK members based on key information
We also built page templates specific to sectors within the timber industry, as well as a case studies section showcasing photography and key information relating to specific timber projects
We also created an extensive and accessible resources archive of TDUK’s magazines, books, technical reports and other publications
The website has grown into a valuable resource for the Timber industry and the feedback from client and their members has been extremely positive
